At Éclat Regenerative Aesthetics, all treatments and services are provided with the highest level of care and professionalism. Because aesthetic and wellness treatments involve individual biological variability and response, results cannot be guaranteed, and payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

Prepaid packages and deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable once treatment has begun.

In the event that a treatment is not performed due to a medical or provider-determined reason, the value of any unused service may be applied as credit toward another treatment or product at the discretion of the provider.

Refunds on retail skincare products will only be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days of purchase.
